Samosa pav is a popular Maharashtrian snack, quite like vada pav. It can be your ultimate comfort food on the go. You can relish it for breakfast or snacks. If you love samosa, it can be your entire meal paired with a cup of hot tea. Here is how you make it.
4 samosas 4 pav 4 tbsp tamarind chutney 4 tbsp green chutney 4 tbsp garlic chutney
Prepare samosas at home. You can fill them with a spiced tomato and peas mixture.
Purchase pav from the market and prepare hot garlic chutney to infuse the dish with flavour.
While making green coriander chutney, add mint leaves to it and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
In the tamarind chutney, don’t forget to add a little bit of pepper.
Roast pav beforehand. Slice them and spread chutneys on both sides.
Press a samosa and add it between a pav. Enjoy it with masala chai
