After creating ripples on screen with her song ‘Oo Antawa’, Samantha has become a national sensation, leaving many intrigued about her diet and fitness regime.
Samantha stays hydrated through the day. To keep things from getting monotonous, alongside water she also drinks soy milk, and natural juices and drinks.
The ‘actress also eats at regular intervals, to keep her metabolism active. She steers clear of processed food and can cook up a storm herself.
She starts her day with warm water that is mixed with honey and lime juice.
For breakfast, she keeps things wholesome and high on protein. Idlis and Upma are usual suspects, she also avoids dairy and follows a plant-based diet.
Her lunch is also simple ghar ka khana, Samantha’s comfort food is anything wholesome like sambar rice or rasam rice. Here’s a diva who doesn’t fear carbs.
She also tries to workout everyday. Her workout regime consists of a mix of cardio, strength training, dance and pilates.
