1 cup sabudana 5 potatoes ½ cup peanuts 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 chopped green chillies 1 tsp chopped ginger 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp buckwheat flour Pinch of rock salt Oil for frying
Soak sabudana overnight or for at least 5 hours. After draining the water, keep them aside.
Take potatoes and wash them. In a pressure cooker, add 5 cups of water with the potatoes and let them boil. When done, mash them.
Heat a pan and add peanuts. Roast them until they are crunchy and crisp. Cool the peanuts and make a fine powder out of it.
Add sabudana, mashed potatoes and ground peanuts in a bowl. Add buckwheat flour and all the spices and herbs. Mix well.
Take small portions from the mixture and make a round patty. Fry these patties in hot oil.
Serve with your favourite chutney and enjoy!
