1 cup overnight soaked sabudana pearls 1/2 cup peanuts 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/4 cup finely chopped green chillies 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup water
Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chillies to some oil.
Add sabudana and cook until it becomes translucent.
Add turmeric powder, salt, and any additional spices you like.
Serve hot with a garnish of chopped cilantro.
