If you are a rice kheer or rice pudding fan, you will love the sabudana ki kheer recipe. Tapioca pearls are made into a sweet, sticky kheer as a great dessert or delicious snack.
1 cup sabudana 1-litre milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands 1/4 teaspoon ghee A pinch of nutmeg powder 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Heat milk over medium heat and add cardamom powder, saffron strands, and nutmeg powder to the milk.
Add soaked sabudana to the milk and stir well until the sabudana becomes soft and translucent.
Add sugar, ghee, and chopped nuts.
Serve warm.
