Ingredients

1 cup sago 2 tbsp yoghurt (curd) 1/2 cup samak chawal Rock salt as required

Step 1

Soak sabudana for 4 hours and samak rice for about 30 minutes.

Add soaked sabudana, samak rice, curd and some water in a blender to form a thick paste. Add some water and blend again to adjust the consistency.

Take out the batter in a bowl. The batter should be a little thin. Add salt as per taste and whisk well.

Now heat a non-stick tawa on medium heat, add a few drops of oil and 2 tbsp of water. Wipe it with a muslin cloth and pour 2 ladles of batter on the tawa

Spread in circular motions to form a thin layer. Once golden and crispy from both sides, serve hot.
