Running Late? Make Masala Oats For Breakfast

Masala oats are the easiest and healthiest breakfast recipe, especially when you are running late. They are loaded with fibre and have the goodness of vegetables, making them the ultimate choice for people trying to lose weight. Check out the recipe!

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats 3.5 cups water 1 cup chopped vegetables ¼ cup boiled corn 1 slit green chilli ½-inch ginger ⅛ tsp turmeric powder 1 lemon slide 2 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp red chilli, garlic powder ¼ tsp garam masala

Step 1

Heat oil and saute onions, carrots, green peas, beans, and garlic powder.

Step 2

Add turmeric and other powdered spices. 

Step 3

Once the oil is released, pour water into the pan and fold in oats.

Step 4

Let the ingredients come to a boil. Keep stirring in between.

Step 5

Oats will soak in water. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the top.

Step 6

Garnish masala oats with coriander leaves and enjoy.
