The ruby hearts cocktail is a drink made with ale, mezcal, campari, lime juice, and cinnamon-infused demerara syrup.
1 1/2 ounces mezcal 1/2-ounce campari 3/4-ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 3/4-ounce cinnamon-demerara syrup 4 ounces ale Garnish: cinnamon stick
Add the mezcal, campari, cinnamon-demerara syrup and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with the beer and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
