Brownie Day: Make This 2-Ingredient Brownie At Home

Ingredients 2 cups milk chocolate chips 3 egg whites  

Step 1

Add chocolate chips to a bowl.  Melt the chocolate to a smooth texture.  

Step 2

Add egg whites to it. Make sure that egg whites are in a room temperature. 

Step 3

Add it to melted chocolate and mix vigorously. When the batter falls smoothly, eggs are fully mixed in. 

Step 4

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for about 13-16 minutes into a oven preheated at 177 degree Celsius. 

Step 5

When the brownie surface looks shiny, do a toothpick test. When done, cut pieces.

Step 6

Let them cool for 15 to 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
