1 cup of quinoa 2 potatoes Half a corncob Mushroom Butter Ginger Green chilli Salt Pepper 4 tbsp of gram flour Chaat masala Olive oil

Boil quinoa in water for 5 minutes till fully cooked (1 cup quinoa in 2 cups water). Boil 2 Potatoes & half a corn cob

Sauté mushrooms in butter with ginger and green chilli (add salt and pepper to this . Roast 4 tbsp gram flour (besan) and keep aside.

Mix quinoa, mushrooms, corn and other ingredients together. Add salt pepper and chat masala. Pan dry in olive oil till brown.

(Optional) You can add some green veggies and sesame into the mix. If you want baked cutlets, bake it for 20 mins, until they're brown.
