Actress Roshni Chopra keeps documenting her love for food on social media. This time, she shared an easy salad recipe for her followers. 

Ingredients

The main ingredients are cucumber, salt, soy sauce, honey, chilli flakes, roasted sesame seeds, garlic, sesame oil, chilli oil and spring onion.

Step 1

Chop or slice one cucumber according to your preference. Add salt to it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Mix all the other ingredients together, except the chilli oil. Make sure the garlic is very finely chopped.

Step 3

Now, take your salted cucumber slices in a salad bowl and pour the mixture on top of it. Mix the salad well.

Step 4

Let the salad rest for 10 minutes so that the cucumber can absorb the seasoning. Garnish with chilli oil and dig into it.
