Rose Tea For Refreshing Evenings

Full of antioxidants, a stress buster and a mood enhancer, rose tea comes with many health benefits besides being absolutely refreshing.

Ingredients

2 green tea bags 2 tablespoon dry rose petals 1 tablespoon rose water 3 cup water Honey as required  

Step 1

Take a pan, add rose petals, and then brew some tea to start making the tea.

Step 2

Now add two tea bags to the pan and let the tea brew.

Step 3

Once done, pour in the cup, stir in the honey and rose water, combine, serve warm and enjoy.
