Savour the irresistible combination of delicate rose flavor and crunchy pistachios in this creamy and refreshing homemade ice cream.
2 cups heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tbsp rose water 1/2 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt 1/2 cup pistachios Pink food coloring (optional)
In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, rose water, vanilla extract, and salt.
Add few drops of pink food coloring and mix. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn accordingly.
Add chopped pistachios. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm.
Once the ice cream is fully frozen, it is ready to be served. Scoop out in bowls or cones enjoy!
