Rose-Flavoured Pink Gulabi Lassi For Your Indulgence

This delicious lassi is made with the freshness of rose water and rose petals. This drink is delicious! Try this recipe and enjoy it chilled.

Ingredients

300 gm Plain Yogurt (Curd) 50 gm Sugar 100 ml Water 1 ml Rose Water 10-15 Rose Petals

Step 1

Take a large bowl, add plain yogurt and whisk it till smooth using a hand blender.

Step 2

Add sugar and mix until it is well combined with the yogurt. Add water too for desired consistency.

Step 3

After mixing well, add rose water and rose petals. Stir once and chill the drink in the fridge.

Step 4

Now, in a glass, add ice and pour the drink. Garnish with rose petals and serve!
