Amp up your coffee game with this incredible latte made using rose and beetroot. It is naturally caffeine-free so you won't have to worry about the side effects that come with it. Additionally, this beverage is ideal for the summer season when served chilled as beetroot inherently has cooling properties and not only that but the latte tastes fabulous. So, here's a rose beetroot latte recipe that you can try:
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 1 tablespoon beetroot powder 1 tablespoon rose syrup or rose water 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional) Ice cubes Edible rose petals for garnish (optional)
In a glass, combine the beetroot powder, rose syrup or rose water, and honey (if using).
Heat the milk in a small saucepan or microwave until warm but not boiling.
Pour the warm milk into the glass with the beetroot and rose mixture. Stir well to combine.
Add ice cubes to the glass to chill the latte and give it a refreshing feel.
Garnish with edible rose petals for an extra touch of elegance and flavour. Stir again before enjoying your rose beetroot latte.
