Make this yummy cottage-cheese loaded roti roll for your lunchbox. All you need is some paneer cubes, sliced onions, tomatoes, schezwan chutney and a roti.
Boil and mash potatoes and peas. Roll them into balls and fry until crispy. Spread some chutney and sliced onions on your roti and stuff them with these fried balls.
Grill the marinated chicken on a pan. Once cooked properly, spread mayonnaise, sauce and bell peppers on the roti. Add lettuce for crunch and finish off with chicken strips before rolling.
Add some nutrition to your kids lunchbox by wrapping in grated carrots and cheese in their roti roll. Stuff some boiled and diced potatoes too for taste.
