An improved variation of a classic Manhattan cocktail, this version calls for good quality liquors, blended together for a smooth and potent concoction.
60 ml blended Scotch whiskey 30 ml sweet vermouth 2 dashes Angosutra bitters Orange or lemon twist for garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a citrus peel.
