Whole wheat flour 2 Cup Jaggery 3/4 Cup Water 3/4 Cup Ghee 4 Tablespoon Cardamom powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Soak jaggery in water. Let it dissolve completely.
Take a bowl add wheat flour and ghee. Mix it until it starts coming together.
Pour the jaggery syrup little by little and knead it to a semi-firm dough. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
