Rice Paper Paneer Pockets To Elevate Your Appetizer Game

Experience the perfect combination of crispy rice paper wrappers with paneer filling, resulting in a delectable vegetarian snack bursting with flavours.

Ingredients

8-10 rice paper wrappers 200 grams paneer 1 onion 1 bell pepper 1 small carrot 2-3 green chilies Coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for brushing

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the grated paneer, chopped onion, bell pepper, grated carrot, green chilies, coriander leaves and cumin powder.

Step 2

Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything well to form a filling mixture.

Step 3

Now Take a rice paper wrapper and dip it in the warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it softens.

Step 4

Now Carefully Place a spoonful of the paneer filling mixture in the center.  Fold seal the pockets.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 180°C . Brush each rice paper pocket with oil. And bake for around 15 min.

Step 6

Once they are crispy cool them down and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
