Add warm milk and knead the mixture into a soft and smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 2 hours

Preheat your oven to the highest temperature setting, usually around 500°F (260°C). After the dough has rested, divide it into equal-sized balls

On a floured surface, roll each ball into an oval or round shape, about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the surface of each naan with melted ghee or butter

Bake the naan for about 4-5 minutes or until it develops golden brown spots. Place the naan under the broiler for an additional 1-2 minutes to get a nice char

Once done, brush the naan with more melted ghee or butter and serve warm
