Since Republic Day is round the corner, it is time to gear up and prepare those yummy tiranga dishes at home. Let’s get you started with these recipes.
Make a three-layer sandwich with an orangish tomato chutney, a mint-based green chutney and hung curd. Slather and stack one after the other.
Want to give your evening snack a Republic Day twist? Divide your pasta in three parts and toss them in arabbiata, pesto and alfredo sauce respectively.
Slice up paneer and vegetables and divide them in 3 sections. Dip each one in a red, green and white marination and grill till it is cooked properly.
These yummy sweet bites can be prepared at home using khoya/mawa. Add the saffron and green food colour while making them and roll it a peak shape.
This tricolour pudding has all the three beautiful layers that are clearly visible. Made with a green jelly base and cream in the centre, the top layer is made of carrots.
