Try this recipe for Oil-Free Amaranth Granola and you won't feel guilty about it. It's full of healthy ingredients and doesn't contain any additional oils. Here a tasty and healthy snack is on the way!

2 cups of rolled oats 1 cup of amaranth seeds ½ cup of honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract ½ cup of mixed nuts and seeds A pinch of salt
Preheat your oven and mix oats, amaranth, nuts, and seeds in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine honey or maple syrup with vanilla extract. Mix wet and dry ingredients, spread on a baking sheet, and bake until golden.
Cool and enjoy your oil-free amaranth granola!
