50 ml blanco tequila 20 ml lime juice 30 ml fresh pineapple juice 30 ml Cointreau 1 wedge grilled pineapple for garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker along with ice and shake well.
Strain and pour into a highball glass or any glass of choice and serve chilled, garnished with a wedge of grilled pineapple.
