Indian kitchens are filled with spices and herbs that work well as home remedies to strengthen the immune system. A simple spice mix can also be a low-calorie drink to lose excess weight and keep blood sugar levels in check. Here is a recipe for making this handy spice mix.
2 tsp cinnamon powder 2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp fenugreek powder 2 tsp cardamom powder ½ tsp black pepper powder
Thoroughly dry each whole spice in the sun.
Grind all the spices into a fine powder individually.
Mix the powders together in the recommended proportions.
Put one tea spoon in warm water and sip on this spice mix at night or on waking up every morning.
