Mint pakora chutney is a refreshing and tangy dip made from fresh mint and coriander leaves, perfect for enhancing your pakoras' flavour. This easy-to-make chutney brings a burst of freshness to any snack.
2 cups mint leaves Coriander leaves 3-4 green chilies ½ inch ginger Salt, to taste 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp lemon juice ¼ cup water
Pluck mint leaves and discard the stems. Soak mint leaves in water for 5-10 minutes. Add coriander with stems into the water.
Remove leaves, squeeze out water, and place in a blender.
Add green chilies, ginger, salt, sugar, chaat masala, lemon juice, and water to the blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve with pakoras.
