Refreshing Mango Chikoo Salad With A Zesty Lime Dressing

This refreshing fruit salad is a perfect summer dish that combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes and chikoos with the zing of a tangy lime dressing.

Ingredients:

1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced 2 ripe chikoos, peeled and diced 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped Juice of 1 lime 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Take a bowl and add the diced mango, chikoo, red onion, mint, and coriander.

Step 2

Now In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.

Step 4

Serve immediately, garnished with extra mint and coriander leaves, if desired.
