Refreshing Mango Bubble Tea: How To Make It At Home

Mango bubble tea is a refreshing and delicious beverage that combines the tangy flavour of mango with the fun texture of tapioca pearls. This popular drink is originally from Taiwan. Here is how to make it at home:

Ingredients

1 mango 1 cup milk ½ cup brewed black tea, chilled ¼ cup of tapioca pearls 2 tsp sugar 1 cup ice cubes Fresh mango chunks for garnish 

Step 1

In a pot, boil water, add the tapioca pearls, and cook for 10-15 minutes. 

Step 2

Once they are soft, drain and rinse under cold water. Mix sugar and keep aside. 

Step 3

Blend mango, milk, and honey until smooth. 

Step 4

In a cup, combine black tea with 1 tsp of sugar. 

Step 5

Take a tall glass, add the tapioca pearls, pour the mango puree over them, and then pour the black tea.

Step 6

Add ice cubes and garnish with fresh mango chunks before serving.
