Refreshing Mango Boba Tea To Enjoy Summer Flavours

The summer season is here and it's time to indulge in your favourite chilled beverages. This boba tea recipe incorporates mango as its primary ingredient to add that tropical flavour into the mix. It is a refreshing drink that comes together quickly and is something you will get addicted to.

Ingredients

1/2 cup brewed black tea, chilled 1/2 cup mango puree or mango juice 1/4 cup tapioca pearls (boba) 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (adjust to taste) 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative like almond milk or coconut milk) Ice cubes

Step 1

Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. This usually involves boiling them in water for a few minutes until they're tender but still chewy. Once cooked, rinse them under cold water and set aside.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the chilled brewed black tea, mango puree or juice, honey or sugar, and milk. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the mango tea mixture over the ice in the glass.

Step 4

Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the glass. Stir gently to mix everything.

Step 5

Optionally, you can top the drink with whipped cream or a sprinkle of coconut flakes for extra flavour.

Step 6

Insert a wide straw and enjoy your refreshing mango boba tea.
