This Brazilian lemonade made with condensed milk is creamy, frosty and tart, and extremely cooling to sip on during sultry afternoons spent indoors.
3 limes, scrubbed clean ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup condensed milk 3 cups cold water Ice, for blending
Deseed and quarter the limes and add them to a blender jar with the rind.
Pour over the condensed milk and sugar and blitz into a smooth paste-like liquid.
Pour in the cold water and blend again for a couple of minutes, before adding the ice and giving it a whiz one last time.
If the limonada is too bitter for your taste, add more condensed milk and blitz again.
Strain and pour into tall glasses and serve cold with a wedge of lime for garnish.
