Start your week on a sweet note with a vibrant and refreshing fruit sundae. Perfect for a quick and healthy treat to lift your spirits.
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 1 cup fresh mango, diced 1 cup fresh kiwi, sliced 1 cup vanilla yoghurt 2 tablespoons honey A handful of granola Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Wash and slice the strawberries, mango, and kiwi. Set aside.
In a serving glass, add a generous spoonful of vanilla yoghurt as the base. Layer the sliced fruits over the yogurt, starting with strawberries, followed by mango and kiwi.
Pour a tablespoon of honey over the layered fruits for added sweetness. Sprinkle granola on top for a crunchy texture, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
