A cucumber smoothie is a refreshing drink packed with hydration and flavour. It combines cucumbers, yoghurt, honey, and mint for a cooling treat that’s quick to make at home.
2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped 1 1/2 cup yoghurt 1/2 cup ice cubes 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp lemon juice 1 handful mint leaves
Peel the cucumbers and chop them roughly with a knife. Place the chopped cucumbers into a blender.
Add ice cubes, yoghurt, honey, lemon juice, and mint leaves to the blender.
Blend everything until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses. Garnish the smoothie with mint leaves and serve immediately.
