Refreshing Cucumber Panna Cotta Recipe You’d Love

Cucumber have long been used in many desserts and salad treats, thanks to its refreshing and soothing flavor that goes well with many ingredients. With this unique cucumber panna cotta dessert, you can surprise the guests at the party and create a memorable experience.

Ingredients

1 large cucumber, finely grated 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup cold water Pinch of salt

Step 1

Bloom gelatin in a little water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Blend the cucumber using a blender and strain through a sieve for a smoother texture.

Step 3

Combine heavy cream, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat on medium heat. Stir well until sugar dissolves and remove when the mixture is hot.

Step 4

Add bloomed gelatin to the mixture and combine well until dissolved. Add cucumber and fresh lemon juice to the mixture and combine well.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into moulds and refrigerate for 4 hours to set. Once set, unmold panna cotta and garnish with cucumber slices and mint leaves.
