What happens when we mix the combined hydrating powers of mint and cucumber? We get the most perfect summer cocktail gimlet! Here is how to make the drink.
2 ounces of gin 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice 1/2 ounce of simple syrup (or adjust to taste) 4-5 cucumber slices 4-5 fresh mint leaves Ice cubes
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves gently to release their flavours.
Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a cucumber slice or mint sprig
