Packed with abundant amount of fibre and water content, cucumber juice is an outstanding remedy for digestive problems such as constipation and heartburn. It is also known to possess hydrating properties that protect the body from summer heat.
6 cups water 2 cucumbers 1 lemon juice and zest 2 tablespoons fresh mint
Slice off the ends of the cucumbers and peel. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cucumbers, water, lemon zest, lemon juice and mint in a blender and blend until smooth.
Set a strainer over a larger bowl and pour the juice into it.
Discard the solids. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
