Refreshing Apple Salad Recipe For A Quick Snack

Looking for a refreshing, healthy snack? This apple salad combines crisp apples with fresh ingredients to make a deliciously light dish. Perfect as a snack or a side, it’s easy and packed with flavour!  

Ingredients

2 apples, diced ½ cup cucumber, diced ¼ cup pomegranate seeds ¼ cup walnuts, chopped 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and black pepper to taste 

Step 1

In a bowl, combine diced apples, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts. Add chopped mint leaves. 

Step 2

Drizzle lemon juice over the salad, and add salt and black pepper to taste. 

Step 3

Toss everything gently to combine. Serve immediately for a crisp, refreshing treat!
