Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds 2 ripe bananas 2 cups filtered water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt Honey or maple syrup 

Step 1

Soak raw almonds overnight, and then roast them for a nuttier flavour. 

Step 2

Blend roasted almonds, ripe bananas, water, vanilla extract, and optional cinnamon until creamy.

Step 3

Strain the milk for a smoother texture if desired. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Enjoy!
