Indulge in the delightful flavors of Pudhina Pachadi, a zesty mint chutney that perfectly complements your favorite Indian dishes.
1 cup fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves 1 onion, chopped 2-3 green chilies 1 tsp grated ginger 2 tbsp grated coconut (optional) 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste Water, as needed
In a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped onion, green chilies, grated ginger and grated coconut
Add lemon juice, and salt. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and thick.
Add a little water to adjust the consistency and make it easier to blend.
Once blended, transfer the Pudhina Pachadi to a serving bowl. Serve the Pudhina Pachadi as a condiment with desired dishes.
