Red Velvet Cookies: Gorgeous And Delicious

Ingredients

1 egg  120 gm unsalted butter 250 gm all-purpose flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tsp vanilla extract 200 gm white chocolate 1 cup brown sugar ½ tsp red food colour ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt  

Step 1

In a bowl, add sugar and cold butter. Beat using electric whisker. Also, add vanilla and eggs. Combine properly.  

Step 2

Then, add food gel, flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking salt. Beat and form a soft cookie dough. Add chocolate and beat again properly. 

Step 3

Scoop out cookie dough and place it on the parchment paper laid on the tray. Give the cookies some room to spread. 

Step 4

Bake them for 13 to 15 minutes in an oven preheated at 180 C.

Step 5

When done, take them out and let them cool. Serve!
