We’re pretty sure that every salad you’ve eaten will take a backseat once you make this crunchy, vinegary red cabbage slaw that works well on sandwiches, burgers, tacos and more.
1 small red cabbage, shredded 1 red onion, sliced 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard 1 teaspoon honey Juice of 1 lemon 3 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 tablespoons olive oil ¼ cup mayonnaise Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix the shredded cabbage and onion to combine.
Stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mix and use your hands to spread the dressing throughout.
Garnish with lots of chopped parsley and add to sandwiches, hot dogs, tacos and burgers.
