Apple cake is a comfort dessert that you can just slice up and eat with your cup of tea or coffee. The easy-to-make fresh apple cake has a fruity profile, giving it a natural sweet hint to pair with your meals.
Maida - 2.5 cups Oil - 1 cup Powdered sugar - 1.5 cups Chopped apples - 3 cups Apple puree - 1 cup Eggs - 4 Baking powder - 2 teaspoons Baking soda - 3/4 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Whisk the dry ingredients like maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg together and set the mixture aside.
Mix the wet ingredients like oil, apple puree, powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract till it’s smooth.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients and mix well.
Preheat the oven while folding the chopped apples in the batter.
Bake the cake for about 45 minutes and let it cool.
Slice it up, pair it with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy.
