Moong dal paratha is a quick recipe you can rely on to prepare when you have limited ingredients in your pantry. This step-by-step guide will guide you to make a wholesome meal in no time.
1 cup moong dal 1 tsp hing, red chilli 1 tsp garam masala, turmeric 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp coriander, amchur powder 1 cup wheat flour Salt to taste 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp chopped green chillies 1 tsp cumin seeds
Soak moong dal in advance and boil it.
Saute green chillies, cumin seeds, and hing in hot oil.
Add moong dal and spices to the pan.
While the moong dal cooks knead a soft dough.
Let the moong dal mixture cool off before stuffing it in the dough.
Roll the paratha and roast it on both sides. Enjoy moong dal paratha with chutney or raita.
