Recipe For Healthy Mix-Veg Paratha You Can Relish With Curd & Pickle

In winter, stuffed parathas are the best to prepare at any time of the day. You can enjoy them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Loaded with the goodness of the stuffing, they can be paired with raita and chutney.

Ingredients

½ cup grated cauliflower 1 mashed potato ¼ cup green peas ½ cup sweet potato 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 grated carrot Salt to taste 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste 1 cup atta Water as needed oil/ butter as needed ¼ tsp garam masala ½ tsp ajwain, red chilli powder

Step 1

Take atta in a deep pan and sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, and ajwain in it. Knead it into a soft dough.

Step 2

Take another pan and combine all the vegetables along with some salt and spices of your choice.

Step 3

After resting the ingredients for 15 minutes, start kneading the dough again and divide it into smaller spheres.

Step 4

Stuff the dough with the mix-vegetables blend and roll them into parathas.

Step 5

Heat a skillet and roast parathas on both sides.

Step 6

Enjoy stuffed mix-veg parathas with chutney or raita.
