If you are looking to add a smoky flavour to your summer celebrations, booze into this interesting cocktail made with mezcal, pineapple juice and peppercorn. Here is the recipe to make ready fire aim cocktail at home.
1 3/4 ounces mezcal 1 ounce honey-pineapple syrup 3/4-ounce pineapple juice 1/2-ounce lime juice 5 dashes smoked chilli bitters Garnish: peppercorn, ground
Add mezcal, honey-pineapple syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a grind of peppercorn. Enjoy.
