Raw papaya fry is a delicious and healthy dish made by lightly seasoning raw papaya and then stir-frying it. It's a great choice for lunch because it's both tasty and good for health.
Wash and peel the raw papaya. Cut it into equal size pieces.
In a pan, heat some oil. Add cumin seeds, musturd seeds, Red chilli, green chili and onion. Let them cook for a while.
Now add the chopped papya and give it a good stir.
Cover the lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Check for its doneness.
