Paratha is a staple breakfast option in most Indian households. But instead of the usual recipes, you can give it a summer twist with raw mangoes. Try this recipe by Nazia for a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

Stuffing: 1 cup raw mango 1/2 inch ginger 1/4 cup Toor dal 1/4 tsp mustard 1 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp chilli powder Pinch of jeera powder - a pinch Salt to taste Dough: 2 cups wheat flour Water and salt as required

Step 1

Saute mustard seeds, ginger, mango, dal, salt, and other spices.

Step 2

Knead a wheat flour dough and make small balls.

Step 3

Stuff with the prepared mixture and roll into parathas.

Step 4

Toss onto the pan with butter and cook both sides. Serve hot.
