You can whip up this Raw Mango Chutney in no time at all, and it goes great with anything from breakfast to dinner. Raw mango, also known as kachha aam, is a delicious sour fruit that will enhance any meal.
2 mangoes small-sized or 1 medium-sized, raw, unripe and green mangoes – peeled and chopped 1 to 2 green chilies – chopped or 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies 1 to 2 garlic cloves small to medium, optional Salt as required
Gently wash the mangoes. After that, use a dish towel to pat them dry. Cut them into bite-sized pieces after peeling. Take out the stones and throw them away.
Add diced mangoes, garlic, green chilies, and salt to a blender or grinder. Process until smooth. Make a fine paste by grinding all the components with water. Drizzle in more water as required during grinding.
Place in a bowl and serve. Toss some green mango chutney with some savoury rice,porridge or an Indian dish.
