Experience the delightful flavors of Raw Banana Sabzi, a popular Indian dish that combines the goodness of raw bananas with aromatic spices. This simple yet flavorful recipe is a perfect addition to your meals, offering a unique taste and satisfying texture.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
Add chopped raw bananas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Sauté for a few minutes and add water. Cover and cook until bananas are tender.
In a separate pan, heat ghee and add grated coconut, and dry red chilies for tempering.
Pour the tempering over the cooked bananas and mix well. Serve hot.
