Step 1 

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. 

Step 2 

Add chopped raw bananas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. 

Step 3 

Sauté for a few minutes and add water. Cover and cook until bananas are tender. 

Step 4 

In a separate pan, heat ghee and add grated coconut, and dry red chilies for tempering. 

Step 5 

Pour the tempering over the cooked bananas and mix well. Serve hot.
