Raw bananas are used to make the delightful and nutritious vegetarian snack known as raw banana kabab. It’s tasty and flavourful.
2 raw bananas, peeled and grated 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup besan (gram flour) 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Oil for frying
Take a bowl add the grated raw bananas, chopped onions, coriander leaves, besan and cumin powder.
Add in coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to combine. Now make small kababs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
Now Drain the kababs on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
