In 2-3 cups of water, add half tsp carrom seeds.
Then, add 3-4 cloves, crushed black peppercorns, crushed fresh turmeric and 1 inch crushed ginger.
Boil this blend in water for 10 minutes.
Strain the kadha and add a pinch of pure ghee.
Add a little honey and enjoy the kadha!
