Rava Kesari 

Rava Kesari is an amazing south Indian desert, made up of delicious flavoured semolina. It is cooked using semolina roasted in ghee while mixed with sugar, water, and spices such as Cardamom and Saffron.

Mysore Pak 

Hailing from Mysore, it is creamy, mostly made with ghee, sugar, and gram flour or besan which makes it tasty and also provides a melt in the mouth experience.

Payasam
